Schedules for the Squamish Fall League games for U11-U18 have been released

You can find them on the Squamish Youth Soccer Association (SYSA) website under the House Schedules tab on the right hand side

All games that are listed as WhistlerPemberton on the schedule will be updated as soon as possible with actual location and time.

U7 Boys & Girls – space available. Sign up by clicking the Registration tab ASAP.

U9 Boys & Girls – space available. Sign up by clicking the REGISTRATION tab ASAP.

U11 Boys – 3 teams x 13 players – FULL – email whistlersoccer@hotmail.com to be put on the waitlist in case space becomes available.

U11 Girls – 3 teams x 12 players – ONLY 3 spaces left – email whistlersoccer@hotmail.com to be put on the waitlist in case space becomes available.

U13 Boys Travel Team – selected players from Tryouts have been advised by email.

U14 Boys – space available. Sign up by clicking the REGISTRATION tab ASAP.

U14 Girls – 3 teams x 17 players – ONLY 1 space left

U18 Girls – 1 team x 20 – FULL – players are welcome to join and practice with team but will be unable to play Fall League games.

Welcome back and welcome to any new players joining for the 2012-2013 Soccer Season.

U11 – U18 Divisions IMPORTANT DATES

1/ MON 28TH AUGUSTFRI 31ST AUG, 2012
FALL KICK OFF CAMPS
Open to all U9 – U18 players that are registered for the 2012-2013 Soccer Season.
These practices are designed to get players back together with their coaches and will be led by the WYSC Technical Director, Mark Freeman.

STRUT YOUR STUFF @ MYRTLE PHILIPLOUNGE – 5-8PM
All U11 – U18 players need to collect their tshirt & socks (included in registration fees)
If you have ordered and paid for blue shorts online please collect.
Additional blue shorts, socks and some Whistler Avalanche apparel will be available for purchase. Please bring CASH or CHEQUE

4/ SATURDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER, 2012
U11-U18 teams join the SYSA Fall League and they are working on the schedule now. It will be posted on our website and emailed as soon as it is available.

You may also check the Squamish Youth Soccer Assosiation (SYSA) website: http://www.squamishsoccer.ca/

The Granfondo is taking place on Sat 8th, and they are working the schedule around this as much as possible.Please allow extra travel time. Any games not played as per the schedule will be forfeited.

Welcome back and thank you for signing up for the 2012-2013 Soccer Season!

1/ FALL KICK OFF CAMPS

2/ MIDWEEK PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Midweek practices start Tues 4th September, 2012.

Team Jersey (will be handed out on first day)

Long black socks with shin pads
Soccer cleats
Layer up for cold/wet days (put your jersey on the outside)
Source for Sports (opposite Tapley’s in the Village) has a good selection of soccer cleats

BRING
A full water bottle
Snacks for after the game
Lots of energy and enthusiasm!

RETURNING COACHES
Welcome back and thanks for your dedication!
“Coach Training Sessions” start at 9:15am-9:45am every Saturday prior to practices/games at 10am.
Sessions will be led by the WYSC Technical Director, Mark Freeman. These sessions are an invaluable tool to help expand your coaching knowledge.
Please wear your red coach jersey. Also ensure you have emailed a copy of your CRC (Criminal Record Check) to whistlersoccer@hotmail.com. There is a 2-3 week turnaround at the RCMP so please submit your forms asap if you have not already done so.

NEW COACHES
We welcome any parent to join our coaching team! No experience is necessary as you will be surrounded by a great team of coaches and supported by our Technical Director. All coaches are required to complete a Criminal Record Check. Please email whistlersoccer@hotmail.com if you are interested.

VOLUNTEERS
The club relies on many wonderful volunteers to help with various tasks throughout the season.
We need help on the first day handing out jerseys.Please email your U9 Manager.
