News and Announcements

Dear Members,

Your WYSC Board and I are pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Whistler Youth Soccer Club, to be held at the Nita Lake Lodge, 2131 Lake Placid Road (Creekside) on Thursday 11th April, 2013 at 7:30pm.

Attached is a Notice of Annual General Meeting, which sets out the items of business. Explanatory notes, which form part of the accompanying Notice of AGM, have been prepared to assist you in understanding the items of business.

At the AGM we are seeking your support in order to adopt the new Constitution & Bylaws to repeal and replace the existing constitutional framework.

Existing Constitution & Bylaws can be viewed here:

In order to make the best use of time, there will be a Visioning Meeting following the AGM. This allows all members to provide feedback and is a great opportunity to bring forward ideas, comments and suggestions.

The Board Members of WYSC want to ensure that they are representing all club members and this will be a relaxed gathering after the formalities of the AGM have taken place.

Refreshments will be served, so bring another member and come and support your club.

If you are unable to attend, I encourage you to participate by completing and returning the enclosed proxy form for the AGM. Proxies can be signed, scanned and emailed back to

Thanks and regards,
Mitch Forster
WYSC Administrator
