Silent Auction Fundraiser Request Letter
Thanks to all our members and supporters for making last year’s 1st Annual Gala Dinner Event a huge success!
This year our Gala Dinner Event is Sat 2nd November, 6-10pm at Whistler Conference Centre.
We are looking for any offers and donations for goods and services that we can use in our Silent Auction and Raffles.
As this is the only fundraising event that the club has each year, we hope to have another fantastic turnout. Last year saw over 500 attend the event and our goal this year is 600!
Your generosity will be widely recognized with the local Whistler community and very much appreciated.
