Weekly Soccer Update (Mon 19 - Sun 25 Sept)
Dear WYSC Parents and Players,
Firstly, a HUGE thank you to our volunteer coaches…..this week marks the 2nd annual National Coach Week (17-25 Sept) and we are so thankful and appreciate all that our coaches do for our players and WYSC. Read on why coaches keep coming back…..
•Monday 19 September ONLY practices are at MYRTLE PHILIP FIELDS and NOT at Spruce Grove due to a field booking conflict.
All other midweek practices (Tues-Fri) are at SPRUCE GROVE as per the schedule. All Divisions MIDWEEK Schedule http://www.whistlersoccer.com/clubs/1858/documents/147982
•We play soccer RAIN or SHINE! A couple things to help your player……its often the parents that have a harder time in the rain…..the kids love it!!
Layer up with jersey over top of rain jacket
Wear a toque for warmth or a cap to keep rain off the face
Wear tights under shorts
Plan a hot chocolate date with your soccer friends after your session!
•Photo Day for U6, U8, U9, U10, U12 and U14/16 Co-Ed is now re-scheduled for Sat 24 September, unfortunately this past Saturday was called off by the photographers.

•Thurs 29 Sept – U13 Girls and U15 Girls at Spruce Grove – 4:30pm
