WYSC Mission Statement and a few reminders for us all

“Organizing memorable soccer experiences while nurturing a life-long love of the beautiful game
through individual development in a fun team setting”
WYSC core values are
Enriching the community
Enhancing player self-esteem
Developing a passion for the sport
Delivering quality in programs and organization
Fostering respect for each other and the game

Now that we are up and running, please take the time to review the following information published by BC Soccer which is a reminder for us all
The Educated Parent

A couple of important points that apply to ALL AGES, regardless of playing in house or rep league soccer

Sideline Actions
Children/players want to be applauded for their success
Children/players do not want adults yelling instructions. Let the coach coach and watch QUIETLY from the sidelines please
Think of the soccer field as a fun playground and not as a championship arena
Focus on the process of developing while playing and not the result

Please ensure that you complete the request from ePact (which has been emailed and will be re-emailed until it has been completed) and update all your players contact and emergency information. This is the ONLY way we will be able to contact you if there is an incident ON FIELD and your player needs medical assistance.
